I mean… come on, I hope you think more highly of us than that. Of COURSE NOT! Think of it like giving out a physical book. Once you have it, you have it FOR-EH-VER!

You’re pretty much paying to make it rain oil books… like as many as you want of them! Except it’s a digital “book” in app form that does a bunch of other neat things a book can’t do.

We know you have different needs depending on the setting you’re in, so we made two ways to share the app just for you ?:

1- Click the share button on your home page. We’ll autogenerate a link and a nice message into whatever messaging app you choose. That link will be their magic ticket into their very own Droplii Essential Oil Guide ($8.99 value)

2- Some of you teach classes on Essential Oils and don’t always have everyone’s contact info to text the link to. So for you, you can send new oilers to https://droplii.com/ where they’ll type in your mentor code and go through a process to get the app for free. The real neat thing about this is that when they sign up, their contact info magically appears? in your droplii app, and yours in theres. That way follow-up is easy peasy for both of you!

It’s likely that 1 of 2 things happened here:

1- If you gave them your mentor code and sent them to the website (www.droplii.com), and they didn’t enter your mentor code on the front page, it’ll deny them access to the app unless they pay because we don’t know we’re not supposed to charge them.

2- They went straight to the app store to download the app. The app store won’t allow you to create an account (long story but let’s just say that because of our unique model, our friends at apple made this process more difficult than it needs to be) so you have to do it through the link we generate or on our website.

Of course not… That would be a real jerk move of us to make you pay twice. In fact, we let you use the same login for as many devices as you have!

We LOVE this question! Droplii’s available as a web app (on your computer browser), iphone, ipod, ipad, and android app. Not a lot of apps can say that. AND you can log into Droplii on all your devices at once if you want! A-MA-ZING!!?

If everyone gets the same idea we may have to figure out something to stay alive as a business, but everyone’s been honest about it so far, so we know you guys and we’re confident you’ll keep making sure that doesn’t happen.?

A “Mentor Code” is one of the ways we allow you to purchase the app for your customers who will get the app free! If you’re paying for the mentor subscription, go to the home page of your app where you can click on the “Change Code” button. Here’s a screen shot of what it looks like:

You can make your code whatever you want as long as it hasn’t already been taken. However, we’d recommend you make it something easy to remember. Here’s the instructions for giving the app out for free with your mentor code:

1- Tell your new oiler to go to https://droplii.com/

2- Have them enter in your mentor code in the box that says “Enter Mentor Code Here”

3- They’ll be taken to a signup screen where they can create an account

4- After signing up, they’ll be shown a link to download the app

5- Once they signup and download the app their contact info will magically appear in your contacts section of their app. And vice versa.

Level Up!

Remember our silly friends at Apple? Unfortunately you can’t upgrade or do anything payment related on our mobile app. But you can do this:

1- Go to https://droplii.com/get-started/

2- Select the Mentor Plan you want

3- Sign in to your account

4- Enter your payment information

5- Have a partay!!! You’re the newest Droplii Mentor! ??? (*Required step)

Ok so you’ve got break-up plans… (please… just make it quick and painless…?) Unfortunately it’s not as easy to cut the cord as we’d like (I promise it’s not cuz we’re clingy): Remember our silly friends at Apple? Unfortunately you can’t upgrade/downgrade or do anything payment related on our mobile app. But you can do this:

1- Login to the web app on your computer at Droplii.com (login’s on the top right corner)

2- Enter your same Droplii password you use for all your devices

3- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner once you’re in

4- Select cancel subscription. It’ll hurt a bit but we’ll try not to be the kind of ex that calls back the next day asking to get back together.

Most people who just use the oils for themselves won’t want to buy a subscription. And many may not have a mentor paying for the app to give it to them for free. If you don’t want to pay monthly to give the app out for free and enjoy all of the business building features, you can just pay the one time fee of $8.99 to gain access to the Droplii Essential Oil Guide that teaches you how to use the oils!

Silly Apple…

You aren’t alone in getting all worked up about this. Let’s just say it’s a long story. Our friends at Apple make amazing products, but aren’t as friendly to developers. Just trust us that we did everything we could to let you buy Droplii on the appstore. BUT, because we only take payment on our website, you score big time! Here’s how:

1- We were able to make the app cheaper! Apple and Google charge 30% of all revenues run through the app store. So doing it this way allows us to save more money to keep the lights on. And you get Droplii for less! Score!!!

2- You can give out unlimited Droplii Essential Oil guides for free! Double Score! Apple said we couldn’t do this if we accepted payment on their appstore (they thought we were trying to be sneaky, which we weren’t), but they were cool with it if we accepted payment on our website. Silly Apple.

Question inside of a question: Yeah but I’m an android user, what does all this Apple talk have to do with me? Answer: To avoid confusion and keep both platforms consistent, we decided to do the same thing for both.

Nope, we don’t believe in contracts. Ok we actually do, but not in this case. You can cancel your Droplii subscription at anytime. One caveat: Like most subscription services (eg. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.), we do not offer refunds. But you still get the service until the end of the period that you paid for it.

We give you two months free for buying the year subscription. So pro-rating a refund would kinda defeat the purpose and be unfair to those who bough the month to month plan. If you cancel mid-month/year, you still get to use your subscription till the end of the month/year depending on what plan you picked. And you of course have your Droplii Essential Oil Guide free for the rest of ever!

Don’t fret, that’s actually supposed to happen! Unless you were given the app by your mentor, you won’t have one.

However, if you want to connect to a mentor, just go to your profile page (sliding menu, click on your picture/initials), click on the edit button, and change mentor using your mentor’s mentor code.

And Wallah! You have a mentor! Pretty neat huh?

Favorite Netflix show? 1,2,3 go

We operate similar to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and any other subscription model. When you pay for a month, you get access to the app for the rest of the month even if you cancel. Which is why we don’t offer partial month/partial year refunds. It’s easier this way. And it’s how most subscriptions do it so we decided to just go with the flow on this one.

Of course not! When we say free we mean FREE! And not just 30 days or a year kinda free. We’re talkin FREE FOREVER! You pay for the app so that they don’t have to. The only time they ever have to pay is if they want to become a mentor, enjoy all of the benefits of the business building tools, and start giving the app out free to their new oilers.
